Sculpt Your Story

Be Unforgettable

Who are We?

Does this sound like you?

Dreaded that question – what it is you do, and felt like you couldn’t possibly do it justice?

Been asked what it is you do and felt like you don’t know exactly how to frame it?

Wish you could make a great first impression? Be more memorable? Nail that job interview? Gain funding?

You can! You have a story inside of you.

You just need a guide to help you discover which parts are the most important, make it more concise and shape it in a way that will have you be remembered EVERY, SINGLE, TIME.

The training series unfolds in three parts

1

Uncover Your Story

In this workshop you will uncover the story about yourself that you want to share with the world. You will discover it by digging deep on who you are, what your unique superpower is, what your mission is, and what you are creating in the world.

Mind maps and other exercises will allow you to collect all the pieces you need for the next workshop, where we shape the words you uncover into language that is clear, concise, authentic, powerful – and beyond all else – memorable.

This is your first key to making a lasting impression – every time.

2

Shape Your Story

In this workshop you will gain access to a formula that will allow you to shape the story you want to share with others in any environment, any time. You will be guided on how to use the formula to put together all the words you discovered in the first workshop in a format that makes sense to the intended recipient in language that is clear, concise, authentic, powerful – and beyond all else – memorable.

This is your second key to making a lasting impression – every time.

3

Master Your Story

In this module you will learn skills and industry secrets to become a master at speaking your story into existence. You will learn the art of practicing your story until it feels authentic and natural, and occurs like ‘muscle memory’.

This is your third key to making a lasting impression – every time.

Are You In?

I help people to get crystal clear on the story they want to tell the world about their career, their superpower and their mission in life. I do this by sharing tools I’ve cultivated in my 15 years as an award-winning journalist to not only uncover and shape their story – but also master it. I turn an elevator pitch into an elevated pitch.

Sculpt Your Story is a live virtual workshop series with Emma Cillekens. Visit our Mastermind page to take a look inside everything the course has to offer.

Who Is Emma Cillekens?

Emma Cillekens is an award-winning multimedia storyteller and strategist who is focused on where the media is going — not where it's been.

Change has been the story of her career from her start as performing artist, to a career change to journalism — first as a cadet reporter in daily newspapers in Australia and later, hosting leading radio shows for the country’s public broadcaster (ABC) for several years.

After a decade reporting in Australia, Cillekens was offered a scholarship to a prestigious master’s program at NYU and since then has worked across many facets of storytelling in New York, from podcasting and video, to investigative journalism, audience development and strategy. She has worked with some of the best in the business including WNYC, The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, ProPublica and MIT Technology Review.

Notably, Cillekens worked on the Peabody, Polk and Goldsmith award-winning Maternal Mortality project with ProPublica, which was also a finalist in the Pulitzers, she helped create the New York Emmy for a mini series called Finding Sanctuary and she worked on the multi award-winning podcast, The Wall Street Journal’s The Future of Everything. After a recent stint in audience development and engagement at Barron’s, Cillekens co-created a podcast on artificial intelligence called In Machines We Trust with MIT Technology Review, which recently won the Newswomen’s Club of New York Front Page award for audio investigative reporting.

Cillekens also coaches individuals and corporates on how to sculpt effective and authentic stories. While Cillekens has enjoyed a successful career in journalism, the performing arts has remained a passion. In her spare time she teaches ballet.
